Assistant Teacher Responsibilities
- Help maintain a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom
- Support children’s social, emotional, and developmental growth
- Assist Lead Teachers with daily classroom activities
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
- Contribute creativity and enthusiasm to classroom experiences
Qualifications
- High school diploma required
- College students and education majors strongly encouraged to apply
- Experience working with children is a plus
- Dependable, positive, and team-oriented
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. when necessary for child safety
- Must pass state background check requirements
